Enclosure Heat Calculator

This enclosure heat calculator allows a user to input anticipated watts, finished surface, and enclosure dimensions to detail heat rise. Anticipated watts derive from power-consuming devices inside the panel. This includes electrical terminations, start/stop controls, HMI, relays, and other electrical components.

To use this enclosure heat calculator quantify the amount of heat from components in Watts. With total heat calculated, the calculator determines the expected temperature rise based on the control panel size and type.
